About Our Company
Dynamic Preparedness Group LLC is a veteran-owned, multicultural, multilingual brokerage conglomerate based out of Abilene, Texas. We are committed to helping with the development of military skills through an extensive line of security, personal protection, curriculum development, and training services.
Our conglomerate is a collection of small business owners with a wide range of professional skills and a collective experience base, which encompasses more than 100 years of training and real-world, operational know-how. Each small business brings a specific area of expertise to the firm, creating an extremely dynamic, well-balanced, and incredibly versatile team.
The training strategies of Dynamic Preparedness Group LLC are focused on the mastery of elementary tasks or in other words, on performance-based training. We expand an individual’s understanding of how to perform a particular task or skills.
We don’t set the stage for the mastery of a task. We inadvertently develop our students in an additional area—individual self-awareness. This gives them the residual ability to continually train themselves.
Dynamic Preparedness Group LLC is also capable of designing specialized training to meet the individual needs of our clients. We don’t use cookie-cutter, unilateral approaches to our training. Our team trains each individual who is standing in front of us. We work with our prospective clients to make sure that the solutions we provide them are exactly what they need.
In doing so, we save our clients’ time and valuable resources. The time and resources that are saved can be reallocated for future and more advanced training. They can also be redirected toward real-world applications.
Our core activities include but are not limited to:
Organizational Logistics Resourcing
Military and Tactical Equipment Sales
Protective Services
High-Risk Personnel Training
Basic and Advance Marksmanship Training
Weapons and Tactics Training.
Currently, our focus is to provide quality services to individuals in private sectors, potential law enforcement and military clientele, and private corporations. We are a company that understands the value of adaptability to an ever-changing world.
Whether it be in the corporate world, in the domestic world, or within the realm of real-world operations, we know there will always be a need to respond to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances. This is the mindset that we make a part of all the services we provide.
We strive to prepare our clients for ever-changing operational environments. If one thing has never been more apparent than now, it’s the knowledge that change is certain, continuous, and constant. We are here to acclimatize those who are aware of this concept. If we have to place just one word on what it is, we would say that the word would be adaptability. We are committed to delivering to our clients.

Global Operations
Listed below is a loss of considerations which must be addressed in order to determine the cost of deploying a personnel security detachment, executive protection detail or guard force to an overseas location:
Visas – Depending on the duration of the stay, visas for the hosting country may have to be acquired.
Life Support – Lodging per diem and personal incidental expenses have to be taken into account for each individual security team member while deployed.
Travel Expenses – This includes airfare, ground transportation expenses, excess baggage fees and fees for specialized equipment.
Transportation – This includes the rental of any specialized vehicle other than standard rental vehicles; i.e. armored vehicle, all-terrain vehicles or limousines.
Daily/Hourly Rate
For these types of security operations it would be more feasible to determine a standard daily rate for pay than it would be to determine an hourly rate. The reason for this is because of the many variable considerations that were discussed on the previous slide. Every country will have its own unique set of obstacles to negotiate.
Based on our previous experiences conducting similar operations in the countries that have been previously listed the daily rate for pay was between $450.00 to $1,000.00 per day plus per diem. The pay rate was heavily dependent on the geopolitical climate, predetermined in country operational hazards and potential risk to the client or the security team itself.
